Chuggington: The Trains Are The Heroes

When I discovered the children’s show Chuggington, it appeared that all of the main characters were trains who had human characteristics. The show teaches about basic human values and by the way, one learns about the various types of trains! My favorite characters are Koko and Brewster.  However, the most glamorous of all the train characters is what appears to be  high-speed train called Action Chugger, a movie star who speaks with a low voice.

I do watch Chuggington myself because I get mesmerized watching the trains move around.  The trains appear to do almost anything, including, for example, make ice cream.

How refreshing to see the trains in action.   Likewise Fast Trains — America’s High Speed Future does something similar.  The trains in the book are the heroes and the human beings interact harmoniously with the trains — something that both children and adults can appreciate.
